The Penn View Student Council is a representative agency of the students in Grades 7 - 12 and the Bible Institute. The Council seeks to promote the interests of the students by:
1) Providing activities that will develop the students spiritually, mentally, and physically.
2) Inspiring loyalty to Penn View and the principles for which it stands.
3) Recommending to the school administration any action it deems wise, either as corrective or promotional for the students as individuals or as a group.
The Council will be organized as follows:

2) Student Council is comprised of one representative from each High School and Institute class. (Elections for this office are held at the same time of regular class elections.)
3) In addition, a Student Council election is held in the fall each year, with offices for President, Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer. Any High School or Institute student is eligible to campaign upon submission of a candidacy form and campaign plans.
4) The Student Council members will be elected to serve a term of one year.
